If Grocery Savvy crashes, freezes, or closes unexpectedly, this guide covers the most common fixes.

For MVP, the fastest fixes are usually restarting the app, updating the app, and checking your connection.

Quick Fixes (Try First)

  1. Force close Grocery Savvy and reopen it.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Update Grocery Savvy from the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Make sure your device OS is up to date.
  5. Reopen the app and try the same action again.

If the App Crashes on a Specific Screen

If Grocery Savvy crashes when opening a specific screen (for example a food item, scanner, or settings page):
