Forgot Your Password?

If you can't sign in to Grocery Savvy, you can reset your password directly from the app's sign-in screen.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Open the Grocery Savvy app.
  2. On the Sign In screen, tap Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  4. Tap Send Reset Email.
  5. Check your inbox for a password reset email from Grocery Savvy.
  6. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
  7. Once reset, return to the app and sign in with your new password.

Didn't Receive the Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the exact email address you used to create your account.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • If you still don't receive it, contact us at [email protected].
