We also store the information you add to the app, such as grocery lists, items, meal plans, favorites, and dietary tags you select from preset options. We store your privacy preference (including a "Do Not Track" choice) so the app remembers your settings.

We do not collect billing or credit card information in the app.

We collect and use your personal information in the following ways:

• To operate and deliver the app features you use
• To store and sync your grocery lists, items, meal plans, dietary tags, and favorites

Tracking User Behavior

We do not use analytics tracking in the app today. If you enable the "Do Not Track" setting in the app, we store that preference so it remains in effect.

We may collect basic technical information in server logs (such as IP address, timestamps, and request details) for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Use of Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you use the web experience, your browser may store settings needed to keep you signed in or remember your preferences.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

• Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

You can delete your account and data in the app. You can also download your data from the app as a JSON file that includes your grocery lists, items, meal plans, favorites, and dietary tags.

When you delete your account, we keep a record of the deletion request and the user who made it for 30 days, then delete it.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

• Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
• Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
• Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
• Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
• Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
• Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
• Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;

Children Under Thirteen

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are under 13, do not use the app or website.

We currently provide our services to users in the United States and Canada.

Email Communications

We send verification emails and account-related messages. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send promotional emails. We may receive a notification when you open an email or click a link to help us improve our communications.

External Data Storage Sites

We store your data using third-party service providers, including Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and database storage. We may also use Sentry for error monitoring when enabled.

The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. For example, when there are changes in our services, changes in our data protection practices, or changes in the law. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you. You may receive a notice by sending an email to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our Savvy Developer Hub LLC, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
